It’s unfortunate when people enslave themselves within the idealisms of what they think happiness is, such that one’s agency is lost within the pursuit thereof. People often become so focused on what they’ve come to accept or choose to believe regarding happiness, they fail to consider what’s behind the push, which promotes the conceptualization of trade over trust, such that one’s time is given in hopes of achieving another’s ideological means.
I’m of the opinion that a certain status quo, holds in covenant, embodying the image of self-edification, reflective worth, and grandeur over others, establishes an achievement of security. Thereby turning life into nothing more than a daydream, rather than a gift. Know that true happiness can only be achieved through the personal sacrifices of helping others, sowing seeds of fruition, and modeling the way. Not portraying the reflective imagery of what success is suggested to be e.g., status, cars, homes, money, material things, and even so-called intelligence.
We know this already. We know that underneath the mask, the glamour and the hustle, there remains an abyss fraught with delusions. Whereas, by its acceptance, it ushers one towards falling into the belief that showing off, rather than showing up, is perceived as established, confident and or of happiness.
Thus, when we all know what matters most in life e.g., community, and loving thy neighbor. Only, we can’t get over the enslaved ideology of what self-worth looks like e.g., the imagery of success, the boast of greatness, and the ever-exhausting portrayal of happiness.
Think about it, happiness is not an object, nor tangible or a sustainable belief. Happiness is intrinsic. It was embedded within your creation, thus remaining present to date, even from your first giggle as a newborn. Therefore, it’s a choice, your choice. If and only if, you choose to allow it back into your life.
Understand, happiness is often portrayed and packaged, likened to a commodity, but it’s not. Happiness cannot be publicly traded upon an agreed notion or ideology. It cannot be given, taught, or materially sold. As stated, happiness is an intrinsic gift, embedded within the truth of one’s creation. Therefore, It can only come from one source, which starts with making that choice to reconnect within your blessed purpose, forgiveness, and acceptance of one’s life’s work.
Considering the idealism of what happiness is, it’s more of an accepted ideological failure. Thereby, ambiguous within codependence, and further shoveled by the deceivers, who are poised to trade your time for their fallacies.
The result is, the unaware consistently find themselves buried under the rubble of broken promises, wishes, and marketable interests. Awaken! Climb out of the fairytales, there’s no knight in shining armor, no magic spell or kiss, and there exist no prince that can fulfill in wedlock, true happiness over the gift of God’s embedment deep within your spirit.
If you want the true version of happiness, it starts with a choice. Next, it requires one to ignore the rhetoric, turn from distraction, and abstain from temptations. Lastly, start digging. – Reginald
