It doesn’t take long for talented newcomers to figure out the embedded cancers within an organization. They’ve (the cancer/s) embraced the spoken language of gossip, volunteerism and policy. They’ve long pledged their allegiances to the bosses and have patted the backs of the energetic wannabes. The true concern is how the upper-level puppet masters manipulate the bosses and cancers, to efficiently root out the ambitious talent, such to maintain (at minimum) fiscal pacification and contentment.
